Hey FitFam,
Lets get ready to fire up that energy and torch those calories with this high intensity cardio kickboxing session. We will begin with a 90 second warm-up and then move right into the workout. This is a great workout for anyone short on time or this can be paired with one of my strength training videos.
Each exercise is 45 secs on and 15 secs rest
Equipment: none
Let's get ready to sweat and have some fun!
Workout:
Punch corner to corner
Cross punch to uppercut
180 Jacks
Squat to round house kick
Under punch
1/2 Jack
Alternating jabs to double jab
Single leg touch the floor R
Single leg touch the floor L
1/2 jack to front kick
Jumping jack to alt knee raise
Double squat to alt. Upper cut
Jabs and jog
Row your boat
180 jabs
Switch kick to jabs
