LW2 liberation mission chain - this is mission 3 out of 5 in the chain for a capturing or killing a dark VIP. (There is an alternate version of mission #3 where you attack a relay.) After beating this mission you immediately / automatically find the location of the regional network tower so you can do mission #4 of 5.

After all 5 liberation missions are completed, you permanently liberate that region so Advent stops attacking it.
