Winter returned to the Twin Cities after a lackluster year, bringing windy, snowy, and slick conditions. The following video was captured Sunday afternoon across the Twin Cities and includes clips of a few cars that went into the ditch, plow crews working hard to keep the area roads safe and clear, scenes from the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport, and the nearby dog park.
