This song supports the Notebook Donation Drive which is a campaign to support students of Jawhar & Mokhada in Maharashtra.There are about 40 thousand students there who get textbooks, uniforms, mid day meals, but what they don't get are notebooks. Youth For People along with their partners have taken a pledge to support the students in these villages.
