In this video, I go over a number of homebrew and houserules that you can use to transform a game of 5th edition D&D to emulate the world of the Fallout franchise. This first installment is an overview of the various points to consider when building a Fallout campaign, with future videos planned to feature the specific homebrew options that I came up with for the Fallout-themed adventure I am currently running.
