ಆನೈಕಟ್ಟಿ

ನೀಲಗಿರಿಯ ತಪ್ಪಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿರುವ ಆನೈಕಟ್ಟಿ ಒಂದು ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳ. ಹಚ್ಚಹಸಿರಿನ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳು, ಧುಮ್ಮಿಕ್ಕುವ ತೊರೆಗಳು, ಗರ್ಜಿಸುವ ಜಲಪಾತಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವನ್ಯಜೀವಿಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿರುವ ಕಾಡುಗಳಿಂದ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಈ ಸ್ಥಳವು ಕಾಡು ಆನೆಗಳ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಆವಾಸಸ್ಥಾನವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆನೈಕಟ್ಟಿ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರು ಬಂದಿದೆ, ಇದರರ್ಥ 'ಆನೆಗಳ ಗುಂಪು'.
