1. Breath of Fire, 30 counts

2. Open Heart Breath, 30 counts

3. Pull the breath up the hará line (central channel of the energy center-middle of body) and hold for count of 30.

4. Release, three finger mudra: “Spirit, what do I need to know right now?”

5. Stay here as long as you’d like.

BREATH Of FIRE:
🔥 Pull the kegel muscles up to the naval while pulling the naval back towards the spine. Close the mouth, breathe in through nose, breathe out of nose.

Tips:
You can start slow and build speed as you get more comfortable.


OPEN HEART BREATH:
💨 Inhale through the nose mouth closed, exhale forcefully through an open mouth.

Tips:
Vocalizing “Ha!” Can accelerate release of deep energies.



HOLD BREATH FOR 30 SEC:
🤿 Pull inhale up the the top of the crown and hold.

Tips:
Relax through this, and focus on the heart and allowing the body to let go. The mind will want to panic. Don’t let it…you’re in control.


GRATITUDE:
🙏🏼 Place 3 fingers together as you drop into just BEing. Allow the messages to come. Stay here as long as you’d like.
