Dan Schneider, the former producer of some of Nickelodeon’s biggest hit shows and subject of the recent documentary “Quiet on Set,” is suing the producers for defamation.

The documentary shows the dark side of children’s television and implies that Schneider abused some of the child actors. Schneider claims the series is a hit job.
