Delhi HighCourt granted more time to the ED & CBI to file their replies to Manish Sisodia's pleas seeking bail in the corruption & money-laundering cases lodged by the agencies in relation to the alleged excise policy scam. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma, who had on May 3 issued notices to the two agencies asking them to file their replies to the pleas & listed the matter for hearing, was informed by the counsel for the Enforcement Directorate (ED) & the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) that they need some more time to respond.
