salt
1tbsp Lemon juice
½tsp White pepper
3 Medium sized potatoes
600ml Water
2tbsp Unsalted butter
10g Dill
1 Egg
3tbsp Corn starch
3tbsp All purpose flour
¼tsp Baking soda
1tbsp Oil
Vegetable oil

16 Shrimp
Salt, white pepper
1tsp corn starch
5 Eggs
15ml Milk
10g Green onion
Vegetable oil

Medium heat
Melt 2tbsp unsalted butter in the pan
Chop 1/2 onion
Place in the pan and fry for 2 minutes
Add a head of garlic
Add in 30 raw shrimps
Pour 1tbsp cooking wine
2tbsp soy sauce
And pour in 1/2 cup coca cola
Cook for 5-8 minutes on medium-low heat
Done!
