Hello everyone!
Join me for a 2-hour study or work session in an office environment, complete with the sounds of work, background noises, keyboards, and real-life office ambiance. There are other people working alongside me, so you'll hear a mix of various sounds. There are notification bells and timers at the beginning and end of the session to keep track. I hope this video inspires and motivates you in your studies or work. We'll be using the 50/10 technique, working for two 50-minute sessions with a 10-minute break in between.
