TODAY'S RECIPE IS Potato Flour Snacks | Mini Flower Samosa Recipe | Easy Potato Snacks Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Mix well
Smooth Dough
Rest for 5 mins
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Salt to taste
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Mix well
Divide the dough
Make chapati
Spread potato stuffing
Place another chapati
Roll gently
Make shape
Medium heated oil
Fry until golden brown medium flame

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
