E23 is tucked away from the sun under F23, and s/he has already eaten well today, as evidenced by the full crop. A little later while E is resting on the rails and Mom is perched right above, M15 comes in with a fish. F23 starts to vocalize and hops down to the nest, grabbing M's fish. M flies off the nest and Mom feeds E23 the fish, making its crop even more full. After the meal E takes a nap in Mom's shade. A little later E is awake and lumbering that full crop over to a stick near the rails, and props him/herself up to look out over the nest area for a while. Then M15 comes in with some more food, and that brings F23 back down to the nest vocalizing for it. M leaves and F23 gives E23 another feeding, until E's crops is so full s/he turns away from the feeding. Mom eats a little bit after that and then leaves the nest. E23 takes his/her huge crop to the nest rails to nap off the latest meal. While E is napping the cam op gives us an E-scan and we see E's fluff turning to fuzz, and some pin feathers starting to come in.
