For as long as I can remember, I've been looking for a better term for ADHD. I don't see it as a disorder, but as a trait. Last summer, Carrie Feibel at KQED Radio, suggested to us a new term - VAST - Variable Attention Stimulas Trait. In this video, I share why I think VAST is a great new name for ADHD.
