Bedford-based The Tarrows are here to scratch that mosh-pit itch with their latest alt-indie single Gunfighter releasing April 20th.

The single has already proven a fan favourite at The Tarrows’ gigs and with its full release, audiences everywhere will be able to see why. Pulling influences from 90s alt, 2010s Brit-indie, and even the best of the 80s Madchester scene, Gunfighter is a track that lures in fans with what they want, before shocking them with what they need. The bulk of the single is sure to be an easy fit into fans of the genre’s library but with a headbanging surprise towards its end, Gunfighter has the safety turned firmly off.

The Tarrows are Matt Astell on lead guitar and vocals, Taylor Allerston on bass guitar and vocals, and newcomer Nate Brown on drums and backing vocals. While Matt and Taylor have been playing together for years, the introduction of Nate has pushed the group into their new era. When not jamming in their shed-studio The Tarrows can be found building new life experiences to bleed into their music. Whether that be teaching prison inmates guitar, mingling with the Bedford music scene, or even just getting on a train and seeing where they end up, you can always rely on them to be doing something you’d never guess.

Gunfighter will be available across all platforms April 20th.
