During lockdown, I realised just how much I've been running. Not just me, this city with all it's people, just running - Behind trains, jobs, their goals, ambitions and everything in between. While this is all motivating, is it really healthy? Is it really that imperative? So in contrast to the tempo and the name of this song, this one's something I wrote in the realisation of just slowing down.
