Belle Glade is a poverty stricken city in south central Florida. Crime has been a problem here for a long time too. It's kind of ironic how Belle Glade is in Palm Beach County. If you were to head a few dozen miles east and stay within the same county, you would see a completely opposite economy. Agriculture is the towns main industry, in which sugar is the main product of the area.
