The NIJ team went on ground to Kashmir and talked to people at Lal Chowk.

The first one was Shabbi Rehman, a sarpanch from a village in Uri. He told how earlier, it was not possible to roam around at Lal Chowk freely. Especially had he told anyone that he was a sarpanch, he would have been shot in all probability. He also traces his personal history as a Kashmiri Indian and how things have changed in Kashmir post abrogation of article 370.

The second one was Abid Bhatt. He goes on to narrate the differences between the periods pre and post 370 abrogation. His outlook is now quite positive about life and he has hope that he can achieve whatever he wants.
