It's been a successful night for the Hot Potato Cafe. Over 100 dishes were served, and there wasn't a single return. Gordon is amazed at the turnaround the staff have made. The family was fragmented when he first arrived, but they've now come together and made this restaurant a success. He's particularly impressed with young Danielle. She didn't even have any aspirations to be a chef, yet now has a bright future ahead of her in the catering industry.
