I was 15 when I first saw Casey Neitstat's Treadmill Analogy and it changed the way I viewed the world. Seeing it again 7 years later, it has changed how I view the world in a completely new way. Come with me on this journey of completely overanalyzing this metaphor because I think that there is much more than what initially meets the eye. Through breaking down this analogy I end up finding out more about the american dream, social mobility and capitalism.
