Manpower Minister Tan See Leng says Singapore is taking active steps to make sure the entire workforce is ready for automation and artificial intelligence. Speaking at the St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland, he says those who are prepared for AI will displace those who are not. He says Singapore's efforts are to ensure a level playing field for all people, as people are the country's only resource.
