#GOLDBOY Japanese director #KanekoShusuke and actor #OkadaMasaki met the audience after the screening and engaged in interactive exchanges with fans at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.

Kaneko mentioned that the story originated from a Chinese novel and certain adaptations had to be made to fit into the Japanese culture and environment. Playing a merciless murderer, Okada said his character is very intricate and complex, and it is not an easy task to portray the role well. He thanked his three young co-actors for their collaborations. Okada’s remarkable performance also received compliments from the audience.
