Ingredients:
oat flakes 40g (1/2 cup)
milk 120ml (1/2 cup)
1 egg
pinch of salt
1 banana
cocoa 7g (1 tablespoon)
baking powder 4g (1 teaspoon)

to pour:
chocolate 30g (1/3 cup)

serving for 2 low cups
bake in the microwave for 5-6 minutes

* bake a double batch in an oven preheated to 180C (350F) for 30 minutes
