ハワイの音楽シーンで注目されるサーフシンガーソングライターDrew Henmiと、日本のサーフ・ミュージックシーンをリードする女性シンガーソングライターLisa Haliｍの初となるコラボレーション・シングル「YELLOW」のリリックビデオ。
海とサーフィンを愛する音楽家として活動する2人の出会いは2022年の5月。 藤沢の8 (エイト) ホテルでのライブイベントで共演。アコースティックサウンドに根ざした音楽性、サーファー目線の環境問題への考え方や取り組み、海をテーマにした様々なメッセージはハワイと日本にいながらも偶然とは思えないほどの一致。お互いのレーベルからコラボ作品を制作することに。
「YELLOW」は Coldplayの2000年の大ヒット曲「Yellow」のカバー。
「星が輝いているのは君のため」と歌うこの曲は 、海と大地 、満天の星空に癒やされたい時に聴いてほしいロマンティックなデュエットソング。
そして2人のオリジナルソング「This Moment」が202年9月23日に発売が決定。こちらもお聞き逃しなく。

"YELLOW," a rendition of Coldplay's 2000 hit single, is the first collaboration between Hawaii's Drew Henmi and Japan's Lisa Halim. Drew is a singer/songwriter, surfer, and veteran of the Hawaii music scene, while Lisa is a singer/songwriter and leading musician within the Japanese surf music scene. The two musicians, both lovers of the ocean and surfing, met in May of 2022 when they performed together at 8 Hotel in Fujisawa. In addition to their musicality being rooted in a progressive but organic sound, their approach to environmental issues and their various ocean-themed messages also align, so it is no surprise they quickly forged a musical collection. They decided to produce a collaborative work on each other's labels. Drew and Lisa's rendition of "YELLOW" is a romantic duet that feels as if you are being soothed by the sea, the earth, and the star-filled sky. Keep an eye out for their original song, "This Moment" set to be released on September 23, 2022. Don't miss it!
