Located near to Newport in South Wales these fascinating and historic Locks take the Crumlin arm of the canal up towards Cefn, Rogerstone, Risca and towards Cwncarn. Thomas Dadford Jnr was the mastermind behind this flight, built at the same time as he was building the Leominster canal
