Cooking recipe and ingredients:

250 ml of warm water.
250 ml of warm milk.
80 g of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well.
Cover with a towel and leave for 5 minutes.
Mixing.
60 g melted butter.
2 eggs.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g of flour (all-purpose flour).
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Sift another 300 g of flour.
Continue mixing with a spatula.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Flour.
Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over the table.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Form a ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
