The SDF-1 Macross is a Strong-Attack-Type Fortress Ship (要塞艦・強攻型 Yōsai-kan Kyōkō-gata), outfitted with the CVS-101 Prometheus and SLV-111 Daedalus as arms. It is also capable of housing a massive city within its hulls.
