Give Me A Hundred, one of the laidback tracks on our new album, The Mules of Nana. Sylvester Outtatown and Gunnar Knutsen (Tumblewine Films) worked a long night shift at the drummers farm, while busy crickets messed with their brains on every take.

So yes, the crickets a real. Actually, this tune was recorded for our first album 15 years ago, but the album was never finished and the song rested and matured for some time, until our friend, engineer and co-producer Kai Christoffersen refused to enter the studio to record Nana, unless we promised to give it a try.

Kay Arne Sulutvedt (Ila Auto) picked the banjo beautifully, and we even digged out the 12- string Rickenbacker to add a little Byrd to the end section. Hope you like it. (We do…)
