Rusty is such an important character, and he has grown and developed so much throughout the show, and continues to do so. I recently watched all of (The Closer and) Major Crimes, and I didn't expect to fall in love with it so much - But Rusty and Sharon's plotline just won me over completely. After everything he's been through Rusty has truly found his home with her, and its been so beautiful to watch! It's just such a well done plotline, the characters are so realistic and it feels so real and earned and of course it's not all smooth sailing but it just feels honest and true and I cannot wait to watch more! So pleased we're getting a season 6!

If you haven't already, I strongly suggest you give this show a chance, it is so very worth it!!
