What do you do with moldy food? You throw it away! But not Stilton though. It’s one of those cheeses made with edible mold, like French Camembert or Italian Gorgonzola. Stilton is considered the king of English cheeses and can only be produced in one specific region. We went to Hartington Creamery to find out how it’s made.
