I've faced a lot of shit for just being honest about having a BPD diagnosis, it's something I'd like to talk more about on here as I feel like the stigma is still so strong after so many years and i think media doesn't help that. that's why i appreciate this particular piece of representation. I felt like they humanised the patient with BPD more than many pieces of media can be bothered to do.
Being open when talking about certain parts of myself and my experience is hard, because of poor treatment I've had specifically to do with it (i feel this way about my asexuality too, there is often very quick judgement based on nothing) but i want to be part of the voices talking about these things and helping to humanise and normalise them.
so i appreciate your support on this video, and please dont let the comments get weird. you know im happy to block people immediately lol
