The RnB progression is common in so many songs, if you listen closely you can hear "What You Won't Do For Love" - Bobby Caldwell, "Just The Two Of Us" - Bill Withers, "Never Too Much" - Luther Vandros (almost), 24 K - Bruno Mars. (Fm Bb - Db C7).
These progression is a must have for all piano players.
