Jesu (Dharmendra) and Peter (Vinod Mehra) are childhood friends who live in a coastal village in India. They depend on fishing as their livelihood. The evil Alphonso (Amjad Khan) and his men are continuing with their smuggling trade on the coast. Tragedy strikes this fishing community when they find out that their livelihood is being threatened by a gigantic man-eating shark. Jesu decides to end the terror of this deadly Shark and also the illegal trade by Alphonso.
