The M/V Missisippi is the largest towboat on the Mississippi River and is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers boat. She is 241 feet long and serves as a working towboat most of the time. Her primary mission is to move barges in support of bank stabilization work on the lower Mississippi River. She passed by our Keokuk camera downbound on August 15, 2023 pushing one barge.
