The guest list included: South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance, New York Rep. Elise Stefanik, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, Florida Rep. Byron Donalds and South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott.
