Today we'll see Hong Kong from a variety of different viewpoints from above and below. We'll be leaving the city to ride the Ngong Ping 360 crystal bottom gondola to the Tian Tan Buddha on Lantau Island, one of the largest buddhas in the world. Well eat at Joy Hing Roasted Meat, a Michelin recommended roasted goose restaurant and at Tim Ho Wan, a Michelin star dim sum restaurant located in a subway station. And we’ll take the Peak Tram up to the top of Victoria's Peak which overlooks all of Hong Kong.
