Hi! Today is Part 14 of our Europe Vlogs. Excitement fills the air as we step foot in Italy for the very first time! I'm Nick Daniel Lichanos Cochrane and uur journey begins as we arrive at the magnificent Milan Centrale station by train. The station is an architectural marvel, impressively vast and bustling with energy. With our hearts brimming with anticipation, we embark from the station to our hotel, the Hyatt Milan Centrale. Although the hotel is conveniently located nearby, our luggage slows us down just a tad (haha!). (Spoiler for next Vlog: We’re on the way to see the Last Supper! 😊) Thanks as always for watching!

Over a year would pass with significant medical procedures, medicines, and the loss of 200 pounds. Gratefully, I recovered, but my intestinal system had changed forever - I was lactose intolerant.


My focus is whether you are lactose intolerant or you have family who are (or you’re just along for the ride) that we learn about dairy-free options and have fun doing it!
