Welcome to the First Episode of Project Bourbon. An Alternate History featuring the Napoleonic wars.

Our Point of Divergence lies in the War of Spanish Succession, where the French gain a total victory, allowing for the monarchies of France and Spain to unite, creating the Bourbon Empire.

Due to their unity, when the French Revolution inevitably begins once again, the Spanish also fall to revolution, expelling the monarchy to their massive colonial empire.

While the Bourbons may maintain a large number of exiled soldiers, nobles and the mighty Spanish armada, that may not be enough for them to return home, or resist the rising desire for independence in the Americas.

With the massive Power Vacuum this chain of events causes, there is no doubt that Napoleon will have a much easier time dominating Europe as he did in our history. Therefore, the question is not will Napoleon Succeed. The Question is; How far will he go?

Q: What programs do you use to create these videos?
A: I use QBam as a base map with references linked below, create scenes with Photoshop, use the assets in After effects to animate them and add the finishing touches with Premiere Pro!
