The story follows Jacob Harlon, a successful businessman who is sentenced to prison after causing a fatal accident while driving under the influence. Inside prison, he is forced to adapt to the brutal realities of prison life and becomes affiliated with a white supremacist gang for protection.

As time passes, Harlon transforms into a hardened criminal and rises through the ranks of the gang. Upon his release, he finds himself caught between his former life and his newfound allegiance to the gang.
