Hey FitFam,

Welcome to Day 11 of the 14 day Fitness Challenge! This is an explosive 30-minute workout that will target your upper and lower body. We will go through 10 combination moves that will target your arms, shoulders, glutes, quads, and abs.
Let's get ready to sweat and have some fun!

Each exercise is 45 secs on and 15 secs rest

Equipment: 1 pair dumbbells, 1 single heavier dumbbell



Workout:
1. Reverse lunge single arm press
2. Squat to forward shoulder raise
3. Overhead tricep extensions with squat
4. Kneeling rows
5. Overhead alternating shoulder rounds
6. Pop squat with dumbbell thruster
7. Side lunge to row
8. Jump squat to shoulder press
9. Chop to side squat
10. Sumo squat to lunge with curls
