STUTTERER PREPARING and PERFORMING a PRESENTATION 👀! | UNIVERSITY VLOG

Hi guys!, my name is Dilpreet Dhinjan, I’ve had a stutter most of my life, but it isn’t stopping me in achieving my dream of becoming a motivational speaker 😁!

This vlog will allow you to see how I plan, prepare and perform during an ACTUAL UNIVERSITY Presentation 👀!. This video is one of my favourites as it shows great rawness and resonance with others who stutter, I hope this video is of value to you 🙏🏼

Techniques used to reduce stutter 👀:
Practice as much as possible (private then in group)

Hype yourself up before

Write everything down you are worried about (cross out things you can’t control and deal with things you can)

Use pauses instead of filler words (or when you need it)

Moving around

Rate of speech/volume tweak

Moving mouth more
