BOPFLIX session with Birmingham garage, rock n roll band THE BITTER LEMONS (UK) playing track 'Vie And Clive'. Filmed live during soundcheck at the Dark Horse, Moseley, Birmingham, UK (2023).

The song is a fable loosely based on Hayley's (lead singer) Nan (who was 80) who married a younger man named Clive, (in his late 30's) against everyone's advice, but died the next day which seemed suspicious to many. It's said that the money that he inherited got spent on adult lines, bankrupting himself, and eventually going to jail for insurance fraud.

Some say that Vie got the last laugh, as she got the time of her life prior to the marriage, and she had been seriously ill before her romance.

The song is a tribute to a woman that even in death, had the last laugh and good time in doing so.
