Jazz vocalist Mandy Harvey, who lost her hearing at age 18, gives a concert July 25, 2013 in celebration of the 23rd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act and National Council on Independent Living Conference.

Mandy Harvey recently appeared on "America's Got Talent," where she earned the "Golden Buzzer."

Mandy is also the 2011 VSA International Young Soloists Competition winner.
