The Pavilion Estates mobile home park near Kalamazoo was ravaged by a suspected tornado Tuesday evening, May 7, 2024. In total, the storm destroyed 17 homes and damaged 173 others in the park, the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office said. The impact lifted and flipped homes completely and uprooted trees.
