This is my fourth attempt at a Fox intro. The first was created in Blender and aborted by my rig after 19 hours of rendering. The second was a re-run of the first, which had a much more modern look with much more realistic lighting, very much like the 2010 updated version. With this intro, I wanted to recreate the classic into we know and love, from 1980-2009 and was rendered in Autodesk 3D Max 2012 and post-produced in Adobe After Effects CS5.
This video has the 'Hollywood' background vista, found after 1994 intros. I will also be creating others in both newer (2009+) formats and the original colour 1953-1980 formats, plus many of the specials that were created for films such as Avatar, Matrix, X-Men, Simpsons Movie, Futurama, & The Day After Tomorrow.
