This is a short tutorial I threw together for a few friends that have been asking me how to take their OBS/Streamlabs recordings and turn them into shorts for YouTube or reels for IG/TikTok. The program I am using to do all of these edits is called "CapCut" and everything can be done in the free version. This video will show you how to take your regular gameplay recording and turn it into a vertical format (9:16) video that includes face cam on top and gameplay on bottom. In my next tutorial, we will discuss how to add transitions and captions efficiently. I will also show you how I export my videos from Capcut when I am done editing.
