Late last year I captured something very special. Soda Blonde's first ever gig In the Spirit Store. This alternative-pop outfit from Dublin are Faye O'Rourke on vocals and guitar, Adam O'Regan on guitar and keys, Donagh Seaver-O'Leary on bass and Dylan Lynch on drums. Formed in the spring of 2019 from the ashes of Little Green Cars, their talent overflows as they put the fizz back into alt-pop. With a combination of skilful guitars, exquisite vocals, superb drum beats and sublime electronics, Soda Blonde have raised the bar for 21st century indie-pop music. As one of the biggest names in the Irish alternative music scene they are producing beautiful and exciting songs. With two albums under their belt, the latest being "Dream Big" they have just been nominated at this year’s RTÉ choice prize for ‘Album Of The Year’ plus ‘Song Of The Year’.
