8 chicken legs
Cut each chicken leg
Place in a bowl
1tsp curry powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp ground ginger
Thyme, salt, and black pepper
1tbsp paprika
3tbsp sour cream
Mix well
1tbsp olive oil
Put two chicken legs on two bamboo stick
Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F/205°C
2 Zucchini
Chop the zucchini
Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper
½ orange bell pepper
Dice
½ yellow bell pepper
Dice
1 tomato
1 purple onion
1cup small tomatoes
olive oil
salt and black pepper
bake for 20 minutes at 400°F/205°C
Medium heat
vegetable oil
Fried coating mix
Fry in the vegetable oil
fry for 5 minutes on medium-low heat
Flip over and fry for another 5 minutes

15g unsalted butter
2tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
green onion (optional)
bake for 20minutes at 356°F/180°C
take off foil and bake for another 20 minutes
