Cardio does not have to be boring, let's burn some calories while having some fun. This is a perfect workout if you don't have much time or space. You can do this whole workout in 10 minutes and within the space of a yoga mat.
NO REPEATED EXERCISES, 10 minutes long with 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest.
