I am very happy to have been chosen to sing an insert song for "On the Day the World Ends with You: The Movie FINAL", following the TV drama. Ever since then, as a fan, I have been watching over Hibiki and Raimi's future.
Hibiki and Raimi have maintained a strong and unwavering desire to continue protecting their loved ones and to never give up, no matter how uncertain the future may seem.
I also felt the same feelings for Yamato and Aoi, who appear in the film. I put these wishes into the lyrics of "Ray of Light," which are like a ray of light shining straight into the darkness.
I would be happy if I could be a part of the work in any way.
